The Grail Jigger

Recipes where this jigger can be used:

Espresso Martini

• 5 cl vodka
• 3.5 cl coffee liqueur
• 1 shot of espresso
• Ice cube
  Procedure: Put all the ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake it thoroughly. Strain the contents into your martini glass and garnish with a few coffee beans.

Cosmopolitan

• 2 cl Cointreau
• 4 cl vodka
• 4 cl cranberries
• 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 grated orange peel
• Ice cubes
  Procedure:  Put all the ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake it thoroughly. Strain the contents into your martini glass. Remember to use a fine sieve to strain out any ice crystals.

Amaretto Sour

• 4.5 cl Amaretto syrup
• 0.5 cl sugar syrup
• 3 cl whiskey or bourbon
• 3 cl lemon juice
• 1.5 cl egg white
  Procedure: Put all the ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake it thoroughly. Strain the contents into your lowball glass. Remember to shake without ice and with a paddle to prevent the egg whites from clumping.

Pina colada recipe:

• 4 cl rum
• 6 cl coconut cream
• 12 cl pineapple juice
• 1 cl milk
• 4-5 ice cubes
  Procedure: The original recipe can be prepared in two different ways. 1) Mix all ingredients together and pour into a hurricane glass. 2) Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Using your strainer, strain the contents into your cocktail glass.

Ginger colada

• 10 cl apple juice (preferably unfiltered to give it some character)
• 3 cl homemade ginger syrup
• 6 cl coconut cream
• Ice cubes
  Procedure:  Mix all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass.
