Pisco Sour

• 5 cl Pisco
• 3 cl lime juice
• 2.5 cl sugar syrup
• 1 dash of angostura bitters
• Egg white from an egg
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your coupe glass with your finestrainer.

Side Car recipe

• 2.5 cl. Cointreau
• 4.5 cl. Cognac
• 2.5 cl. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  Course of action:
  All ingredients in your mixing glass and stir. Strain the contents into your coupe glass.

Aviation Cocktail

• 4 cl. gin
• 1 cl. maraschino liqueur
• 1 cl. lemon juice
• 0.5 cl. crème de violette
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your coupe glass with your finestrainer.
