Mixing glasses or stirring glasses are used by bartenders to cool down a drink - without oxygenating it. Mixing glasses are especially used for classic cocktails such as Old Fashioned, Negroni and Dry Martini can be made in these glasses. When these cocktails are to be made, the alcohol and liquid are often put in first, followed by the ice cubes, where they are then "stirred" or shaken vigorously with a harsh stick. When the cocktail has finished draining, the contents are strained into a cocktail glass. This is often done with a strainer or julep strainer.

In the last few years, mixing glasses have become more and more popular, not only among bars and cafes but also among private individuals. If you want to make a delicious classic cocktail, do it in style and use a delicious stirring glass.

It is clearly a must for every bartender and enthusiast to have these glasses in their home bar. If cocktails are to be made, it must be done in style.

We are proud of our large selection of mixing glasses, where we e.g. has glass from Pasabahce, Libbey, Durobor etc.

Remember that when you need to find the right glass for your upcoming classic cocktails, remember to look at the right bar equipment. D Bar equipment and mixing glasses for your cocktail bar and home bar
