Dispatch – order in-stock items before 13:00

If you order in-stock items on a business day before 13:00, we normally dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 are normally dispatched on the next business day.

Same-day dispatch applies to in-stock items under normal warehouse handling. Weekends, public holidays, large orders, payment or address checks and conditions at the carrier can affect dispatch and delivery.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch. The actual delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. Same-day dispatch is not a guarantee of next-day delivery.

Delivery options and shipping prices

The delivery options available for your order and address are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The same applies to the shipping price and any free-shipping thresholds.

Delivery in Europe

We ship to a range of European countries. In-stock items ordered before 13:00 on business days are normally dispatched the same day here too.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive delivery and tracking information if the carrier offers tracking.
