Trading conditions

BarGear's trading conditions provide you as a customer with a comprehensive understanding of the conditions that apply when you trade on their platform. These conditions cover several aspects, from payment and price to delivery and personal data policy.

§ 1 Payment and price

§ 1.1 All our prices are in Euro (EUR), incl. VAT and any mortgage.
§ 1.2 We only deduct the purchase amount when the item has been dispatched from BarGear. A larger amount than has been approved by the customer can never be withdrawn.
§ 1.3 You can only pay with Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa, mobilepay, MasterCard and Dinners Club. No fee is charged for payment by credit card.
§ 1.4 In order to shop with us, you must of course be 18 years of age, as required by Danish law.
§ 1.5 EAN customers are asked to contact customer service before purchasing.

§ 2 Delivery
§ 2.1 We deliver via GLS , i.e. delivery time guarantee etc. are subject to GLS services. Typically, the package will arrive after 1-3 working days. We aim for all orders to be dispatched the next working day at the latest.
§ 2.2 In the event that we cannot deliver a drink package completely as advertised, we will try to compensate with an alternative.
§ 2.3 You can also choose to collect your order from our warehouse in Copenhagen S. Please note that it can only be collected once we have confirmed that the order is ready for collection. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package. We only deliver via PostNord and the prices reflect our costs. Prices from 5 EUR for delivery to GLS Parcelshop. Delivery takes place via GLS, whereby an expected delivery time is 1-6 working days. Some products are not in stock - See the delivery time on the product's information page. If you are not at home when the package is delivered, you will receive a message from PostNord where the package can be collected. However, we recommend ordering well in advance to make sure the order is ready for the purpose. Packages to Bornholm and the small islands must allow an extra day for delivery. All our shipments are assigned a Track & Trace number, so you always know where the package is.
If a package is not picked up and sent back, the purchase will be cancelled, offset by the shipping cost to and from the customer.

Conclusion of agreement.
§ 3 Access to the contract after conclusion of the agreement
§ 3.1 Once you have ordered, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation reflects the exact content of the purchase agreement entered into by BarGear and the buyer.

§ 3.2 When the package has been dispatched from BarGear, the buyer receives an email stating that the order status has changed and the package has been dispatched. In the same email, the buyer receives the package's Track & Trace no.
Section 3.3. Once the order has been placed and collection selected, the package will be ready for collection. If the customer chooses not to pick up the package within 30 days, BarGear reserves the right to cancel the order and impose a possible handling fee of up to EUR 10.

§ 4 Right of withdrawal
§4.1 As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

§4.2 For commercial purchases, a 3-day right of cancellation is granted.

§4.3 The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have received your item, or have the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for several different items which have been ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.

If the item consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession. If it is an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you get the first item in physical possession.
§4.4 You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by writing to info@bargear.eu or by using our contact form.:

§ 5 Complaints
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

However, the right to complain will be limited to the product's natural shelf life if it is a question of selling food products. Always contact us before the return takes place!

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) delivery costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can reimburse your delivery costs.

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us via email or phone.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Toldboden 2,8800 Viborg, via this link .

You can also use the EU Commission's online complaints portal, which will however mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark.

§ 6 E-marketing:

§ 6.1 You can choose to receive our newsletter, which contains information about exciting news from BarGear.eu.
You will only receive the newsletter if you have expressly requested it. In addition, you can always log in under "Your account" and unsubscribe/subscribe from our newsletter.

§ 7 Personal data policy:

§ 7.1 Only one person per Email address.

§ 7.2 When you register as a customer, you MUST provide the following information about yourself:

§ 7.3 We register and pass on your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.

§ 8 Price guarantee:
At Bargear, it is important to us that you always get the best possible price, therefore we update our prices regularly, but sometimes we may have overlooked something!

  • That is why we naturally offer a price guarantee on our goods so that you are always sure of being able to buy all your goods from us at the best price.

If you find the same item with another supplier, simply contact us, remember to save the link, offer or advertisement as documentation.

Of course, it must be exactly the same product, i.e. same manufacturer, same series, same size, colour, design etc. Likewise, the item must be in substantially the same condition, i.e. if the item is discounted due to date, shelf life or defects, we will not match the price as a starting point.

§ 9 Price runner Price guarantee:

§ 10 Cookies and log statistics:
