Recipes where ice cubes are used:

Old fashioned

• 6 cl whiskey
• 3 splashes of angostura
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1 dash of water
  Course of action:
  Sugar is soaked with the angostura in a medium-sized glass.
  The whole thing is then stirred with a little water and the whiskey is poured in together with ice cubes.
  Decorate if necessary with a slice of orange and a cocktail berry.

Sazerac

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
• 1 bar spoon sugar syrup
• Dash absinthe
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. With your Rough stir around. Strain the contents with your strainer into your cocktail glass and serve.

Diamonback

• 4.5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2cl Calvados
• 2 cl Green Chartreuse
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. With your Rough stir around. Strain the contents with your strainer into your cocktail glass and serve. When the jigger has been used, place your jigger on your Drip tray .

Brooklyn:

• 6 cl. Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 cl. Noilly prat Dry vermouth
• 1 cl maraschino liqueur
• 1cl Amer Picon
  With your strainer or julep strainer , strain the contents into your cocktail lowball glass.
