Old Fashioned

• 6 cl whiskey
• 3 dashes Angostura
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 dash water
  Instructions:
  Dissolve the sugar with Angostura in a medium glass.
  Then stir in a little water and add the whiskey along with an ice cube.
  Garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry if desired.

Sazerac

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
• 1 bar spoon simple syrup
• Dash absinthe
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the contents into your cocktail glass and serve.

• 4.5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl Calvados
• 2 cl Green Chartreuse
  Instructions:

• 3 cl Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
• 1 cl Maraschino Liqueur
