• 200 grams water
• 200 grams white sugar
  Instructions:
  Put the water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the sugar and stir until it dissolves. Adjust until you achieve the desired thickness. Pour it into your bottle.
  Tip: If this gets too messy, you can also use Monin sugar syrup and transfer it to the squeeze bottle.

Vanilla Syrup:

• 2 vanilla beans
• 100 grams water
• 100 grams white sugar
  Instructions:
  Step 1: Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and carefully scrape out the seeds. Step 2: Place both the vanilla beans and seeds in a saucepan along with the 100 ml of sugar and water. Step 3: Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes or until it thickens. Allow the syrup to cool and then transfer it to the dispenser.
