Caipirinha

• 5 cl Cachaca
• 1 tbsp. sugar syrup
• ½ Lime in boats
• Crushed ice
  Course of action:

Mojito

• 4 cl Cuban light rum
• 8-12 fresh mint leaves
• ½ fresh lime in wedges
• Crushed ice
• Soda
  Course of action:

Belvedere Caipirovska

• 5 cl Belvedere vodka
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• 5-6 lime boats
• Crushed ice
  Course of action:
  With your muddler, muddle lime wedges and sugar. Add crushed ice and stir well. Add belvedere vodka and top again with crushed ice.

Strawberry Mojito recipe:

• 6 cl light rum
• 4-6 lime boats
• 4.-6 fresh strawberries
• 1-2 Bar Spoon sugar syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves A little sparkling water

Course of action:
Put lime, strawberries and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously with your muddler. Add the mint leaves and muddle them carefully so that the leaves do not break. Add crushed ice and rum and stir with your rough. Top with Soda.
