Monin Yuzu Fruit Purée brings the aromatic citrus character of yuzu to cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, tea drinks and culinary applications. Yuzu is an East Asian citrus fruit known for a flavour profile that combines tart citrus notes with floral aromas.

The purée offers a fresh balance of acidity and subtle sweetness and can be used in both classic and modern drinks. For easy dispensing, Monin has designed a dedicated purée pump.
