Finest Call Elderflower Syrup adds a light, floral elderflower note to cocktails, alcohol-free drinks and selected culinary applications. Its delicate sweetness works well with citrus, sparkling drinks, gin and fresh fruit.

Elderflower Martini:

  • 5 cl gin
  • 2.5 cl Finest Call Elderflower Syrup
  • 1 cl dry vermouth
    Method: Stir with ice until chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

Sparkling Elderflower Lemonade:

  • 10 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 5 cl Finest Call Elderflower Syrup
  • Soda water
    Method: Mix the lemon juice and syrup over ice, top with soda water and stir gently.

Elderflower and Strawberry Sorbet:

  • 250 ml water
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 ml Finest Call Elderflower Syrup
  • 300 g fresh strawberries or strawberry purée
    Method: Make a simple syrup from the water and sugar and allow it to cool. Mix with elderflower syrup and strawberry purée, then freeze in an ice-cream maker or container.
