Caffe latte, also known as Espresso Latte, is one of the most popular coffee drinks in cafés. It consists of 1/3 espresso and 2/3 hot milk. Caffe latte is somewhat similar to the French café au lait, but it uses coffee instead of espresso.

Cold Brew Vanilla Iced Latte

• 2 cl MONIN Cold Brew Concentrate
• 2 cl MONIN vanilla syrup
• 8 cl water
• 10 cl milk
  Instructions:
  Mix the Cold Brew Concentrate and water in a pitcher. In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour in the MONIN vanilla syrup and milk. Carefully pour the cold brew mixture on top to create a layered effect.
  Serve without stirring.

• 3 cl Toffee Nut syrup
• 18 cl milk
• 3 cl espresso
  Instructions:
  Steam the milk in your frothing pitcher until frothy and pour it into your latte glass. Drizzle the syrup on top and finish with the espresso.
