Recipes that use a cocktail spoon:

Mango Mojito:

• 4 cl Mango Rum
• 3 cl Modo Mango
• 4 lime wedges
• 1½ tsp cane sugar
• a few fresh mint leaves
• crushed ice
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently to avoid tearing them. Add crushed ice and rum, then stir with your spoon. Top with soda.

Sazerac:

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
• 1 spoon of simple syrup
• Dash of absinthe
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your twisted spoon. Strain the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve.

Caipirinha Recipe:

• 6 cl Cachaça
• 6-8 lime wedges
• 2-3 bar spoons of sugar
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice and Cachaça, then stir with your spoon. Top with more crushed ice.

Mint Julep Recipe:

• 6 cl Bourbon
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 1 sugar cube
• 1 handful of mint leaves
• 1 cl soda water
  Instructions:
  Place the sugar cube in your mint julep cup and dash 2 drops of Angostura on the sugar. Use your muddler to crush the sugar. Add the mint and bourbon, then gently muddle again to release the flavors. Add crushed ice and stir.

Manhattan:

• 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl sweet vermouth
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino cherries
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your spoon. Strain the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve.

Caramel Appletini:

• 1.5 cl sugar-free Caramel Syrup
• 1 cl lime juice
• 4 cl Vodka
• 2 cl Apple juice.
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into your martini glass.

Salted Caramel Hazelnut Espresso:

• 1 cl Salted Caramel
• 1 cl hazelnut syrup
• 150 ml milk
• 30 ml espresso
  Instructions:
  Add the Monin syrup to your cup/glass. Steam the milk and pour it into the glass. Stir with your spoon.
