This bar set consists of the following bar equipment:

Pina Colada Recipe:

• 4 cl Light rum
• 6 cl Coconut cream
• 12 cl Pineapple juice
• 1 cup ice cubes
  Course of action:
  The original recipe can be made in two different ways. 1) Blend all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass. 2) put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. With your strainer , strain the contents into your cocktail glass.

Mojito:

• 4 cl light rum
• 8-12 fresh mint leaves
• ½ fresh lime in wedges
• Crushed ice – Ice crusher
• 3 cl sugar syrup
• Soda

Course of action:
Put sugar, lime wedges and mint leaves into a glass, and mash the leaves and lime wedges so that all the juice comes out of them.

Cosmopolitan

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2cl Cointreau
• 5 cl cranberry juice
• 2 cl lime juice

Course of action:
Put half a lime in your lime squeezer and squeeze out 2 cl of lime juice. Use possibly a jigger to measure the correct number. Put the lime juice and the remaining ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your Martini glass.

Sex on the beach:

• 3cl Vodka
• 1.5 cl Bols Peach liqueur
• 5 cl Orange juice
• 5 cl cranberry juice

Course of action:
Put all ingredients in your shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain over your martini glass.

Mango Mojito:

• 4 cl Mango Rum
• 3 cl Modo Mango
• 4 slices of lime both
• 1½ teaspoons of cane sugar
• some fresh mint leaves
• crushed ice

Course of action:
Put lime and sugar in your lowball glass and now muddle vigorously. Add the mint leaves and muddle them carefully so that the leaves do not break. Add crushed ice and rum and stir with your rough. Top with Soda
