THE CLASSIC STRAINER:
Use with a Boston shaker. You place your strainer on the tin and thereby prevent ice and fruit residues from getting into the glass. You can control how much you have to strain by pressing or pulling the spring against your Boston glass. That way you open or close your strainer.

FINE STRAINERS:
If it is to be beyond what is normal, a fine strainer is of course used, as the name suggests - an extra fine strainer. It is used to remove ice flakes and small fruit residues. Typical for martinis and cocktails where you want a completely clear drink.

CHRISTMAS STRAINER:
In the old days, a Christmas strainer was used to keep the ice away when you took a sip of your drink. Today, it is often used together with a mixing glass when you have stirred your cocktail.

Designs:
Available in several different versions as needed. Alm/fine/julep sieves are available in addition to the regular shapes as well as designs, covers, colors etc.
