• 1 x Tin tin boston shaker
• 1 x Professional strainer
• 1 x Long bar spoon (45 cm)

Pina Colada Recipe:

• 4 cl Light rum
• 6 cl Coconut cream
• 12 cl Pineapple juice
• 1 cup ice cubes
  Instructions:
  The original recipe can be made in two different ways. 1) Blend all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass. 2) Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Use your strainer to pour the contents into your cocktail glass.

Mojito:

• 4 cl Light rum
• 8-12 fresh mint leaves
• ½ fresh lime, cut into wedges
• Crushed ice – Ice Crusher
• 3 cl Sugar syrup
• Soda water to taste
  Instructions:
  Add sugar, lime wedges, and mint leaves to a glass, and muddle them to release all the juice.

Cosmopolitan:

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2 cl Cointreau
• 5 cl Cranberry juice
• 2 cl Lime juice

Instructions:
Place half a lime in your lime press and squeeze out 2 cl of lime juice. You can use a jigger to measure the correct amount. Add the lime juice and the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the contents into your martini glass.
