BarGear is subject to Danish food legislation and is inspected by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration. As a retailer of bar tools and equipment that come into contact with beverages and food, we take our responsibility for safety and quality very seriously.

All products we sell comply with current EU regulations for food contact materials and are safety tested. We work exclusively with certified suppliers and comply with all requirements for documentation and traceability.

Safety and Compliance

All products in our assortment are made from materials approved for food contact in accordance with EU regulations. This includes high-quality stainless steel (typically 18/8 or 18/10), tempered glass, and food-grade approved plastics.

We require full documentation from our suppliers, including declarations of compliance and test certificates. All products are fully traceable to their origin, and we continuously monitor changes in legislation and safety standards.
