Cocktail Recipes Using Ice Cubes:

Old Fashioned

• 6 cl whiskey
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 dash water
  Instructions:
  Dissolve the sugar with Angostura in a medium-sized glass.
  Then stir in a little water and add the whiskey along with an ice cube.
  Garnish with a slice of orange and a cocktail cherry if desired.

Sazerac

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
• 1 bar spoon of simple syrup
• Dash of absinthe
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve.

Diamondback

• 4.5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl Calvados
• 2 cl Green Chartreuse
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve. When you’re done with your jigger, place it on your drip tray.

• 1 cl Maraschino liqueur
