Recipes where jiggers can be useful

Ginger Colada

• 100 ml Apple juice (preferably unfiltered for added character)
• 30 ml Homemade ginger syrup
• 60 ml Coconut cream
• 5 ml Lime juice
• Ice cubes
  Instructions:
  Use your lime squeezer to extract the juice from the lime. Measure with your jigger to get the right amount. Pour the lime juice into your Boston glass and add the remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain the contents into your cocktail glass.

Sex on the Beach:

• 30 ml Vodka
• 15 ml Peach liqueur
• 50 ml Orange juice
• 50 ml Cranberry juice
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into your martini glass.
