Berry Sour

• 2 cl Real Raspberry Puree
• 4 cl bourbon
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 1 cl sugar syrup
• 1 egg white
• Ice cubes

Procedure:

1. Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white .
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a shallow glass and garnish with dried raspberries or lemon zest.
