Old Fashioned

• 6 cl whiskey
• 3 dashes Angostura
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 dash water
• Ice cubes
  Method:
  Soak the sugar with Angostura in a medium glass.
  Then stir with a little water and pour in the whiskey along with a couple of ice cubes.
  Garnish with a slice of orange and a cocktail cherry if desired.

Caipirinha

• 5 cl Cachaca
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• ½ lime, cut into wedges
• Crushed ice
  Method:
  Add lime and sugar to your Timeless Lowball glass. Muddle vigorously with your mortar. Add crushed ice and then pour in the cachaca.
  Serve with a straw.
  If you lack crushed ice, our ice crusher is recommended.

Whiskey Sour

• 6 cl whiskey/Bourbon
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 2 cl simple syrup
• 4 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 cl egg white
  Method:
  Add all ingredients to your shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your Timeless cocktail glass using a strainer.
