• 2 cl Monin Raspberry Syrup
• 5 cl white rum
• Fresh mint

• 20 cl cold tea

• 1.5 cl Monin Raspberry Purée
• 1 cl Freshly squeezed lime juice
• 4 cl Gin
  Method:
  Place all ingredients in your shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into your coupe glass.

Clover Club:

• 2 cl Monin Raspberry Syrup
• 4 cl gin
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 2 cl egg white
  Method:
  Put all ingredients in your shaker without ice, but use a mixing spring instead. Shake thoroughly and strain into your coupe glass.

Raspberry Sparkling Lemonade:

• 2 cl Monin Raspberry Syrup
• 10 cl lemonade

  Combine all ingredients in your highball glass.

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons David Rio Tiger Spice Chai powder
• 1 dl yogurt
• 1 dl milk

• Ice cubes
