Monin Tarragon Syrup

Monin Tarragon Syrup is a distinctive addition to the world of mixology. It captures the characteristic flavour of tarragon with a balance of sweetness and a mildly spicy, herbal note.

Tarragon Gin Fizz:

• 5 cl gin
• 2 cl Monin Tarragon Syrup
• 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Soda water
• Mix the gin, syrup and lemon juice in a shaker. Pour into a glass and top with soda water.

French Tarragon Martini:

• 6 cl vodka
• 1 cl dry vermouth
• 1 cl Monin Tarragon Syrup
• Shake the ingredients and serve in a chilled martini glass.

Tarragon Mojito:

• 4 cl white rum
• 2 cl Monin Tarragon Syrup
• Fresh mint, lime and soda water
• Muddle the mint and lime, add rum and syrup, then top with soda water.

Non-alcoholic Tarragon Lemonade:

• 15 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3 cl Monin Tarragon Syrup
• Soda water
• Mix the lemon juice and syrup in a glass with ice and top with soda water.

Tarragon Tea Infusion:

• 20 cl hot water
• 2 cl Monin Tarragon Syrup
• Tea of your choice (black, green or herbal)
• Add the syrup to the brewed tea and stir well.

Tarragon Lemonade:

• 2 cl Tarragon Syrup
• 2 cl lime juice
• Soda water
  Method: Add all ingredients to a highball glass and serve.

Tarragon Collins:

• 2 cl Tarragon Syrup
• 3 cucumber slices
• 2 cl lime juice
• 4 cl gin
• Soda water
  Method: Add all ingredients to a highball glass and serve.

Tarragon Granny Smith Aquavit Sour:

• 1.5 cl Tarragon Syrup
• 1.5 cl apple purée
• 6 cl aquavit
• 1 cl gomme syrup
• 1 egg white
  Method: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice. Add a mixing spring and dry shake.
