Recipes where jiggers can be good to use 

Ginger Colada

• 10 cl apple juice (preferably unfiltered so it has a little character)
• 3 cl Homemade ginger syrup
• 6 cl Coconut cream
• 0.5 cl lime juice
• Ice cubes
  Course of action:
  Use your lime squeezer and squeeze the lime juice out of the lime. Measure with your measuring cup so you get the correct measurement. Pour the lime juice into your Boston glass and now add the remaining ingredients. Now shake thoroughly and strain the contents into your cocktail glass.

Sex on the beach: 

• 3cl Vodka
• 1.5 cl Bols Peach liqueur
• 5 cl Orange juice
• 5 cl cranberry juice
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain over your martini glass.

Brooklyn:

• 6 cl. Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 cl. Noilly prat Dry vermouth
• 1 cl maraschino liqueur
• 1cl Amer Picon
  Course of action:
  With your strainer or julep strainer , strain the contents into your cocktail lowball glass. After the jigger has been used, place your jigger on your Drip tray.

Manhattan:

• 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl sweet vermouth
• Dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino berries
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. With your Rough stir around. Strain the contents with your strainer into your cocktail glass and serve. Once the jigger has been used, place your jigger on your Drip tray.

Sazerac

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
• 1 rough sugar syrup
• Dash absinthe
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. With your Rough stir around. Strain the contents with your strainer into your cocktail glass and serve.
