• 5 cl Vodka
• 3.5 cl coffee liqueur
• 1 shot Espresso

• 3 cl lemon juice
• 1.5 cl egg white
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your lowball glass.
  Remember to shake without ice and with a mixing spring to prevent the egg white from clumping.

Cherry Bitter Spritzer

• 1 cl Monin Cherry Purée
• 1 cl Cherry syrup
• 4 cl Vodka
• 3 cl Cranberry juice
• 2 cl Lime juice
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your three-piece shaker and shake thoroughly. Then strain the contents with your strainer and fine strainer into your chilled martini glass. Optionally, garnish with a raspberry on the glass or a fresh cherry.
