Recipes that use a bar spoon:

Lavender Lemonade:

• 3 cl Monin Lavender Syrup
• 15 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Soda
  Instructions: Mix syrup and lemon juice, top up with soda, and serve over ice.

Mango Mojito:

• 4 cl Mango Rum
• 3 cl Modo Mango
• 4 lime wedges
• 1½ tsp cane sugar
• Some fresh mint leaves
• Crushed ice
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add the mint leaves and gently muddle them so the leaves don’t break apart. Add crushed ice and rum, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with soda.

Sazerac:

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
• 1 bar spoon simple syrup
• Dash of absinthe
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your twisted bar spoon. Strain the contents into your cocktail glass and serve.

Caipirinha Recipe:

• 6 cl Cachaça
• 6-8 lime wedges
• 2-3 bar spoons of sugar

• 6 cl Bourbon

Caramel Appletini:

• 1.5 cl sugar-free Caramel Syrup
• 1 cl lime juice
• 4 cl Vodka
• 2 cl Apple juice.

  Combine all ingredients in your bar shaker and shake well. Strain into your martini glass.
