What is a café latte?
A "latte" is one of the most popular coffee drinks – especially in Danish cafés. It originates from Italy and can be briefly described as "coffee with milk".
Specifically, it consists of:

• 1/3 espresso
• 2/3 frothed, creamy hot milk from the milk jug.

Cappuccino
A cappuccino consists of equal parts espresso, hot milk, and milk foam. Cappuccinos are popular in various cafés in Denmark and, of course, in Italy. You will often be served it in a large coffee cup with a fine sprinkle of cocoa or a pattern on top.

What is Americano?
At first glance, an Americano and regular filter coffee may seem very similar – but there is a significant difference in how you brew them – and that affects the taste as well. An Americano consists of:

• (1/3) concentrated espresso shot
• (2/3) hot boiled water

What is espresso?
The word espresso refers to the method of making the coffee. It describes how the coffee is brewed. The first step is to finely grind 7-10g of beans, typically done directly into the espresso machine's filter, after which it is lightly tamped into a compact mass. What is Ristretto?
A ristretto is a "short version" of an espresso, where the brewing is stopped halfway. This results in a very dark and concentrated coffee.

Toffee Nut Latte

• 2 cl Monin Toffee Nut
• 15 cl milk
• 3 cl espresso
  Instructions:
  Add syrup to your latte glass. Now steam your milk in your frothing jug. Pour it over the syrup and top with espresso.

Caramel Macchiato

• 3 cl espresso
• 2 cl caramel syrup
• 20 cl milk
  Instructions:
  Mix milk and syrup and steam it to a delicious, creamy foam using an automatic milk frother. Pour the milk foam into a glass and then pour the espresso over it. Decorate with a sprinkle of cocoa or chocolate.

Honey Praline Latte

• 1 cl honey syrup
• 1 cl Monin Praline syrup
• 15 cl milk
• 1 shot espresso
  Instructions:
  Add syrup to your café latte glass. Steam your milk in your frothing jug and then pour it into your latte glass. Top with espresso.
