Milk pitcher & frothing pitcher 350 ml in stainless steel with a matte black exterior.
This frothing pitcher is essential for creating the perfect milk foam for your cappuccino or café latte. It's important to have a good pitcher for frothing milk, and this one features the iconic shape that is recognized and used by both home enthusiasts and professional baristas. The shape is crucial for achieving the right 'spin' in your coffee.

When you're craving a delicious coffee - mocha - cappuccino, etc., we recommend exploring our extensive selection of coffee syrups, which can add an extra kick to your coffee.

What is a café latte?
A "latte" is arguably one of the most popular coffee drinks, especially in Danish cafés. It originated in Italy and can be briefly described as "coffee with milk."
Specifically, it consists of:

  • 1/3 espresso
  • 2/3 steamed, creamy hot milk from a milk pitcher.

In the video below, you can watch and learn how to make the perfect Café Latte.

Cappuccino
A cappuccino consists of equal parts espresso, hot milk, and milk foam. Cappuccinos are popular in many cafés in Denmark and especially in Italy. You will often be served it in a large coffee cup with a fine dusting of cocoa or a pattern on top.

What is Americano?
At first glance, an Americano and a regular filter coffee may seem quite similar – but there is a significant difference in how they are brewed, which also affects the flavor. An Americano consists of:

  • (1/3) concentrated espresso shot
  • (2/3) hot boiled water

What is espresso?
The term espresso refers to the method of making the coffee. This means the actual brewing process. The first step is to finely grind 7-10g of beans, typically done directly into the espresso machine's filter, after which it is lightly tamped into a compact mass. If you have a semi-automatic or fully automatic espresso machine, it will do this for you. Also, check out our coffee tampers and moka pots.

What is Ristretto?
A ristretto is a "short version" of an espresso, where the brewing is stopped halfway through. This results in a very dark and concentrated coffee.

If you want to "twist" your regular latte, we've gathered a few exciting recipes for you here:

Toffee Nut Latte

  • 2 cl Monin Toffee Nut
  • 15 cl Milk
  • 3 cl Espresso
    Instructions:
Add the syrup to your latte glass. Now steam your milk in your frothing pitcher. Pour it over the syrup and top with espresso.

Caramel Macchiato

  • 3 cl espresso
  • 2 cl caramel syrup
  • 20 cl milk
    Instructions:
Mix the milk and syrup and steam it to create a delicious, creamy foam, for example, using an automatic milk frother. Pour the milk foam into a glass and then pour the espresso over it. Decorate with a sprinkle of cocoa or chocolate.

Honey Praline Latte

  • 1 cl Honey syrup
  • 1 cl Monin Praline syrup
  • 15 cl Milk
  • 1 shot espresso
    Instructions:
Add the syrup to your café latte glass. Now steam your milk in your frothing pitcher and pour it into your latte glass. Top with espresso.
