Reàl Lychee is a concentrated lychee purée for professional bars, cafés and kitchens. It delivers a delicate floral sweetness with light tropical acidity and is ready to use directly from the bottle for quick, consistent dosing.

Use it in a Lychee Martini, Lychee Highball, Margarita, frozen drinks or alcohol-free serves. It pairs particularly well with lime, lemon, mint, basil, jasmine or green tea, and spirits such as vodka, gin and light rum.

Start with approximately 10–25 ml per cocktail and adjust to taste; blended drinks may use 30–60 ml depending on the desired intensity. It can also be scaled for pitchers and standardised cocktail recipes.

For presentation, serve Martini-style drinks in a chilled martini glass or longer serves in a highball glass.

Beyond drinks, Reàl Lychee can be used in sorbet, jelly, glazes, panna cotta and ice cream.
