Instructions:

1. Remove the stopper from your spirit bottle and insert the pourer into the bottle.
2. Invert your bottle and mount it on your bottle holder.
3. Press the shaker or glass against the pourer, and the liquid will dispense.
4. Remove the shaker or glass, and the pourer will refill with liquid for the next use.
   
   We recommend that if these are left hanging for an extended period, you detach and clean them.

Classic Recipes Using This Pourer:

Irish Coffee Recipe.

• 4 cl Tullamore D.E.W. Whiskey
• 10 cl strong freshly brewed coffee
• 2 tsp lightly whipped cream
• 2 tsp brown sugar

Method:
Warm an Irish Coffee glass by filling it with hot water, then pour it out.
Add the whiskey to the glass.
Add sugar and fill almost to the top with coffee. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Carefully pour cold, lightly whipped cream into the glass, possibly over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.

Optionally, use your grater to garnish with a bit of walnut.
Don't forget the Irish coffee spoon.
