Irish Coffee Recipe.

  • 4 cl Tullamore D.E.W. Whiskey
  • 10 cl strong freshly brewed coffee
  • 2 tsp lightly whipped cream
  • 2 tsp brown sugar



Instructions:
Warm the Irish coffee glass by filling it with hot water, then pour it out.
Add the whiskey to the glass.
Stir in the sugar and fill almost to the top with coffee. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
Carefully pour cold, lightly whipped cream into the glass, ideally over the back of a spoon to let it float on top.


Optionally, use your grater and garnish with a bit of walnut.
