Procedure:
Heat an Irish Coffee glass by filling it with hot water, which is poured out again.
Put whiskey in the glass.
Add sugar and fill almost completely with coffee. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Carefully pour cold, slightly whipped cream into the glass. Do it if necessary. over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
If necessary, use your grater and garnish with a little walnut. Remember the Irish coffee spoon
