Pina Colada Recipe:

• 4 cl Light rum
• 6 cl Coconut Cream (Coco Lopez)
• 12 cl Pineapple juice
• 1 cup ice cubes
  Instructions:
  The original recipe can be made in two different ways. 1) Blend all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass. 2) Place all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Using your strainer, pour the contents into your cocktail glass.

Gin and Tonic:

• 4 cl gin
• Top with tonic

Gin and Tonic with Strawberries and Black Pepper:

• 1 part gin
• 2-3 parts tonic
• Fresh strawberries
• Black peppercorns

Instructions:
Pour gin into a gin glass, add sliced strawberries, ice, and grind a bit of black pepper into the glass. Add tonic, stir, and garnish with strawberries on the rim of the glass.

Iced Turtle Shaker:

• 1.5 cl Monin Chocolate Syrup
• 1.5 cl Monin Macadamia Nut Syrup
• 1.5 cl Monin Caramel Syrup
• 6 cl Espresso
• 6 cl whole milk
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake well. Use eco-friendly metal straws.
