• 5cl Lyres Amaretti
• 3cl fresh lemon juice
• 1.5cl Monin popcorn syrup
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your Boston shaker Tin/tin and add ice cubes. Shake well and strain into your lowball glass. Then add your homemade foam.
  
  Top with homemade foam
• 50ml Ayran
• 200ml egg white
• 200ml pear puree
• 50ml white chocolate syrup
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your siphon and infuse.

Salted Caramel Popcorn Espresso Martini

• 1.5cl Monin Popcorn syrup
• 1.5cl Monin Salted Caramel syrup
• 5cl Vodka
• 4cl Espresso
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your shaker and shake well. Strain into your martini glass.

Popcorn Mai Tai

• 2cl Monin Popcorn syrup
• 1cl Monin Falernum syrup
• 4.5cl dark rum
• 4cl orange juice
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your shaker and shake well. Strain into your Tiki glass.

Cold Brew Iced Cappuccino Popcorn

• 4cl Monin cold brew
• 1.5cl Monin popcorn syrup
• 10cl frothed milk
• 16cl water

• 5cl vodka

• 1cl white chocolate liqueur
• Instructions: Shake the ingredients and serve in a chilled martini glass.

• 5cl bourbon

• A few dashes of bitters
• Instructions: Stir all ingredients and serve over ice.

• 4cl light rum

• 2cl fresh lime juice
• Instructions: Shake the ingredients and serve in a cocktail glass.

• 20cl milk

• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.

• 15cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 3cl Monin Popcorn Syrup
• Soda water
• Instructions: Mix lemon juice and syrup in a glass with ice, top with soda water.
