  • 40 ml Light rum
  • 60 ml Coconut syrup (Coconut cream is recommended here)
  • 120 ml Pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
    Method:
    The original recipe can be made in two ways. 1) Blend all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass. 2) Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake well. Use your strainer to strain the mixture into your cocktail glass.


Ginger Colada

  • 100 ml Apple juice (preferably unfiltered for character)
  • 30 ml Homemade ginger syrup
  • 60 ml Coconut syrup (Coconut cream is recommended)
  • Ice cubes
    Method:
    Blend all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass.


Amaretto Colada

  • 100 ml Pineapple juice
  • 35 ml Amaretto
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 30 ml Coconut syrup (Coconut cream is recommended here)
  • 50 ml light rum
    Method:
    Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend for about 30-40 seconds, then serve in your margarita glass.


The Easy Piña Colada

  • 50 ml Malibu rum
  • 50 ml Coconut syrup
  • 100 ml Pineapple juice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • Blend
    Method:
    Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend for about 30-40 seconds, then serve in your margarita glass.


 
Brazilian Cold Brew Martini

  • 15 ml Coconut syrup
  • 5 ml Acerola syrup
  • 5 ml coffee liqueur
  • 45 ml cachaça
  • 60 ml Cold Brew
    Method:
    Add all ingredients to your shaker and shake vigorously with ice cubes. Then serve in your coupe glass.
    Use your peeler to create an orange twist for garnish.
