Gin Hass Recipe:


Pour gin, juice from 2 limes, and mango puree into a cocktail glass and top up with lemon soda.

Info about Gin Hass:
This cocktail was invented by bartender Kim Hass, who created it while visiting an event at the Retro nightclub (later The Gym) in Odense, Funen. This is partly why it is especially popular among the locals from Funen who know and love this drink.
He also invented Vodka Hass, which is just as delicious and simple.

  • 3 cl Modo Syrup
  • 10 cl Tonic

Instructions:
Add rhubarb syrup to your cocktail glass and top with tonic.

 
Rhubarb Daiquiri:

  • 3 cl White rum
  • 2 cl Cointreau
  • 3 cl Modo Syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend vigorously until you achieve a slushy consistency.

 
Rhubarb Margarita:

  • 5 cl 100% Agave tequila
  • 2 cl Cointreau
  • 3 cl Modo Apple Syrup
  • 2 cl Sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend vigorously until you achieve a slushy consistency.

 
Rhubarb Mojito:

  • 4 cl Rum
  • 3 cl Modo Rhubarb Syrup
  • 4 Lime wedges
  • 1½ tsp Raw sugar
  • Some fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice


Instructions:
Add lime and sugar to your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently so the leaves don’t break apart. Add crushed ice and rum, and stir with your bar spoon. Top with sparkling water.
