Short Strainer

Strainer without a handle. A smart little strainer that you can easily hold in place with one hand while pouring from the shaker tin and straining unwanted elements from your drink. Fits all standard shakers.

This strainer is incredibly popular among bartenders. Although it's shorter than traditional strainers, it's simple and easy to use.

Strained drinks:

Cosmopolitan Recipe:

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2 cl Cointreau
• 5 cl Cranberry Juice
• 2 cl Lime Juice
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your shaker and shake well. Strain the contents into your martini glass using your fine strainer.

Pina Colada Recipe:

• 4 cl Light Rum
• 6 cl Coconut Cream
• 12 cl Pineapple Juice
• 1 cup Ice Cubes
  Instructions:
  The original recipe can be made in two ways. 1) Blend all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass. 2) Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake well. Use your strainer to pour the contents into your cocktail glass.

Zombie

• 6 cl Light Rum
• 3 cl Dark Rum
• 1 ½ cl Bacardi 151 Rum (75.5%)
• 1 ½ cl Apricot Brandy
• 3 cl Pineapple Juice
• 3 cl Orange Juice
• 3 cl Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar
  Instructions:
  Using your juicer, squeeze oranges to get fresh juice.
  Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker and serve in a tiki glass.

Hurricane

• 6 cl Light Rum
• 6 cl Dark Rum
• 3 cl Fresh Lime Juice
• 3 cl Orange Juice
• 1.5 cl Passion Fruit Puree
• 1.5 cl Simple Syrup
• 1 bar spoon Grenadine
  Instructions:
  Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker and serve in a hurricane glass.
