• 4 cl vodka

• 2 cl Cointreau

• 4 cl cranberry juice

Procedure:
Shake all ingredients thoroughly with ice. Strain the drink into a martini glass. Use a fine strainer to remove ice crystals.

White Lady

Ingredients:

• 4 cl gin

• 3 cl Cointreau

• 1 cl sugar syrup

• 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

• 1 cl egg white

• Ice cubes

Procedure:
Add all ingredients to the shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into a martini glass – preferably through fine strainers for an extra smooth result.

Margarita

Ingredients:

• 3 cl tequila

• 3 cl Cointreau

• 1 cl lime juice

• 1 cl sugar syrup

• Ice cubes

Procedure:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a margarita glass. If desired, prepare the glass before serving.

Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:

• 4.5 cl amaretto

• 0.5 cl sugar syrup

• 3 cl whiskey or bourbon

• 3 cl lemon juice

• 1.5 cl egg white

Procedure:
Shake first without ice (dry shake) to activate the egg white. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into a lowball glass.
