• 100 ml Apple juice (preferably unfiltered for more character)
• 30 ml Homemade ginger syrup
• 60 ml Coconut cream
• 5 ml Lime juice
• Ice cubes
  Instructions:
  Use your lime squeezer to extract the lime juice. Measure with your jigger to get the right amount. Pour the lime juice into your Boston glass and add the remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain the mixture into your cocktail glass.

Sex on the Beach:

• 30 ml Vodka
• 15 ml Peach liqueur
• 50 ml Orange juice
• 50 ml Cranberry juice

• 45 ml Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 20 ml Calvados
• 20 ml Green Chartreuse
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve.

Brooklyn:

• 60 ml Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 30 ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
• 10 ml Maraschino liqueur
• 10 ml Amer Picon
  Instructions:
  Using your strainer or julep strainer, strain the mixture into your cocktail lowball glass. After using the jigger, place it on your drip tray.

Manhattan:

• 50 ml Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 20 ml Sweet Vermouth
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino cherries
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve. After using the jigger, place it on your drip tray.

Sazerac

• 60 ml Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
• 1 bar spoon of simple syrup
• Dash of absinthe
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve.
