Mint Julep opskrift:

• 6 cl Bourbon
• 2 dash angostura bitters
• 1 sukkerknald
• 1 håndfuldmynteblade
• 1 cl danskvand
  
  Fremgangsmåde:
  Kom sukkerknald i dit mint julep cup og dash 2 dråber angostura på sukkeret. Med din morter, knus sukkereret. Tilsæt mynten og bourbon og rolig muddle igen, for at frigive smagsaromaerne. Tilsæt knust is og rør rundt.

Bramble:

• 4.5 cl gin
• 1.5 cl citronsaft
• 1.5 cl sukkerlage
• 2.5 cl brombærlikør (Creme de Mure)

Belvedere Caipirovska

• 5 cl Belvedere vodka
• 2 cl sukkersirup
• 5-6 limebåde
• Knust is
  Fremgangsmåde:
  Med din morter, muddle limebåde og sukker. Tilsæt knust is og rør så godt rundt. Tilsæt belvedere vodka til og top så igen med knust is.

Cosmopolitan

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2 cl Cointreau
• 5 cl Tranebærjuice
• 2 cl Limejuice

Fremgangsmåde:
Kom en halv lime i din limepresser og press 2 cl limesaft ud. Brug evt. en jigger til at måle det korrekte antal. Kom limesaften og de resterende ingredienser i din cocktailshaker og shake nu grundigt. Strain indholdet over i dit Martini glas.
