Manhattan:

• 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl sweet vermouth
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino cherries

Mint Julep Recipe:

• 6 cl Bourbon
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 sugar cube
• 1 handful of mint leaves
• 1 cl soda water
  
  Instructions:
  Place the sugar cube in your mint julep cup and dash 2 drops of Angostura bitters on the sugar. Using your muddler, crush the sugar. Add the mint and bourbon, and gently muddle again to release the flavors. Add crushed ice and stir.

Bramble:

• 4.5 cl gin
• 1.5 cl lemon juice
• 1.5 cl simple syrup
• 2.5 cl blackberry liqueur (Creme de Mure)

Belvedere Caipiroska:

• 5 cl Belvedere vodka
• 2 cl simple syrup
• 5-6 lime wedges
• Crushed ice
  Instructions:
  Using your muddler, muddle the lime wedges and sugar. Add crushed ice and stir well. Then add the Belvedere vodka and top off with more crushed ice.

Cosmopolitan:

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2 cl Cointreau
• 5 cl cranberry juice
• 2 cl lime juice

Instructions:
Place half a lime in your lime squeezer and extract 2 cl of lime juice. You can use a jigger to measure the correct amount. Add the lime juice and the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your martini glass.
