Irish Coffee Recipe.

  • 4 cl Tullamore D.E.W. Whiskey
  • 10 cl strong freshly brewed coffee
  • 2 tsp. lightly whipped cream
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions:
Warm an Irish coffee glass by filling it with hot water, then pour it out.
Add the whiskey to the glass.
Add the sugar and fill almost to the top with coffee. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Carefully pour cold, lightly whipped cream into the glass, possibly over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.


You may use your grater to garnish with some nuts.
