Ice tong black

Stylish istang in a delicious matt black style. Perfect for ice cubes and fruit.

Ice stick is often used when one simple ice cube or two needs to be used for a drink. With an ice rod it is easier to take individual ones.
These are used in particular e.g. hotel bars and smaller cocktail bars. This is especially suitable for our ice buckets

We have collected recipes where tongs should be used.

Manhattan:

• 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl sweet vermouth
• Dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino berries

Mint Julep Recipe:

• 6cl Bourbon
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• 1 sugar cube
• 1 handful of mint leaves
• 1 cl sparkling water
  Course of action:
  Put sugar cubes in your mint julep cup and dash 2 drops of angostura on the sugar. With your muddler, crush the sugar bowl. Add the mint and bourbon and gently muddle again to release the flavor aromas. Add crushed ice and stir.

Bramble:

• 4.5 cl of gin
• 1.5 cl lemon juice
• 1.5 cl sugar syrup
• 2.5 cl blackberry liqueur (Creme de Mure)

Belvedere Caipirovska

• 5 cl Belvedere vodka
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• 5-6 lime boats
• Crushed ice
  Course of action:
  With your muddler, muddle lime wedges and sugar. Add crushed ice and stir well. Add belvedere vodka and top again with crushed ice.

Cosmopolitan

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2cl Cointreau
• 5 cl cranberry juice
• 2 cl lime juice

Course of action:
Put half a lime in your lime squeezer and squeeze out 2 cl of lime juice. Use possibly a jigger to measure the correct number. Put the lime juice and the remaining ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your Martini glass.
