• 3 cl Modo Mango
• 4 lime wedges
• 1½ tsp cane sugar
• Some fresh mint leaves
• Crushed ice
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently to avoid tearing them. Add crushed ice and rum, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with soda.

Sazerac

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
• 1 bar spoon simple syrup
• Dash of absinthe
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your twisted bar spoon. Strain the mixture into your cocktail glass and serve.

Caipirinha Recipe:

• 6 cl Cachaca
• 6-8 lime wedges
• 2-3 bar spoons of sugar

• 6 cl Bourbon
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 sugar cube

• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino cherries

Caramel Appletini:

• 1.5 cl sugar-free Caramel Syrup
• 1 cl lime juice
• 4 cl Vodka
• 2 cl Apple juice.
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into your martini glass.
