• 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
• 1 bar spoon simple syrup
• Dash of absinthe
  Instructions:
  Using your strainer or julep strainer, strain the mixture into your cocktail lowball glass.

• 4.5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl Calvados
• 2 cl Green Chartreuse
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and stir gently with your bar spoon until the drink is chilled. Then strain into your coupe glass.

• 3 cl Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
• 1 cl Maraschino liqueur
