Drink Recipes with Crushed Ice

Caipirinha

• 5 cl Cachaca
• 1 tbsp. sugar syrup
• ½ Lime, cut into wedges
• Crushed ice
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your Lowball glass. Muddle vigorously with your pestle. Add crushed ice and then cachaca.
  Serve with a straw.

Mojito

• 4 cl Cuban white rum
• 8-12 fresh mint leaves
• ½ fresh lime, cut into wedges
• Crushed ice
• Soda water
  Instructions:
  Add lime and sugar to your Lowball glass. Muddle vigorously with your pestle. Now add the mint and muddle gently to release the aromas. Add crushed ice and then rum.
  

Belvedere Caipirovska

• 5 cl Belvedere vodka
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• 5-6 lime wedges
• Crushed ice
  Instructions:
  Using your pestle, muddle the lime wedges and sugar. Add crushed ice and stir well. Then add Belvedere vodka and top off with more crushed ice.

Strawberry Mojito Recipe:

• 6 cl white rum
• 4-6 lime wedges
• 4-6 fresh strawberries
• 1-2 tbsp sugar syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves, a splash of soda water

Instructions:
Place lime, strawberries, and sugar in your Lowball glass and muddle vigorously with your pestle. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently to avoid tearing them. Add crushed ice and rum, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with soda water.
