Dry Martini:

• 8 cl Gin
• 2 cl Dry Vermouth
• 1 dash Orange bitters

Manhattan:

• 5 cl Rye or Canadian whisky
• 2 cl Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Dash Angostura bitters

Sazerac

• 5 cl Whiskey
• 1 dash Angostura
• 1 cl Pernod
• 1 sugar cube
• Soda water
  Instructions:
  Place the sugar cube in the glass and pour the Angostura over it.
  

Rob Roy

• 4 cl Whiskey
• 4 cl Sweet Vermouth
• 1 dash Angostura
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your mixing glass and stir. Strain the contents into your cocktail glass or coupe.

Old Fashioned

• 4 cl Bourbon or Canadian whisky
• 1 sugar cube
• 1 dash Angostura Bitter
• ½ orange slice
• 1 cocktail cherry
  Instructions:
  Then stir everything with a little water and pour in the whiskey along with an ice cube. Optionally garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry.
