  • 6 cl Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
  • 6 cl White Rum
  • 12 cl Pineapple Juice
  • Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish
    Method: Combine Coco Lopez, rum, and pineapple juice in a blender with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.

Coconut Mojito

  • 4 cl Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
  • 5 cl White Rum
  • 8 cl Club Soda
  • Mint leaves
  • 2 cl Lime Juice
