Citrus Squeezer Steel

Delux citrus presses and lime presses that can be used for lemon and lime. This highly practical and sturdy lemon squeezer does all the work for you! With its heavy weight and solid grip, this lime press can be used several times in an evening and is also "delicious" to hold in the hand.

The easiest way to get freshly squeezed lemon or lime in your cocktail. Must have bar equipment for any cocktail bar, bartender and home bar.
For those who go for classic lime and citrus squeezers, this one in Japanese steel is probably the "must have" version.

Recipes with lime presses

Pina Colada Recipe:

• 4 cl Light rum
• 6 cl Coconut cream
• 12 cl Pineapple juice
• 1 cup ice cubes
  Course of action:
  The original recipe can be made in two different ways. 1) Blend all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass. 2) put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. Using your strainer, strain the contents into your cocktail glass.

Ginger Colada

• 10 cl apple juice (preferably unfiltered so it has a little character)
• 3 cl Homemade ginger syrup
• 6 cl Coconut cream
• 0.5 cl lime juice
• Ice cubes
  Course of action:
  Use your lime squeezer and squeeze the lime juice out of the lime. Measure with your jigger so you get the right measurement. Pour the lime juice into your Boston glass and now add the remaining ingredients. Now shake thoroughly and strain the contents into your cocktail glass.

Cosmopolitan

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2cl Cointreau
• 5 cl cranberry juice
• 2 cl lime juice
  Course of action:
  Put half a lime in your lime squeezer and squeeze out 2 cl of lime juice. Use possibly a jigger to measure the correct number. Put the lime juice and the remaining ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your Martini glass.
