Cocktail Recipes

Turkish Martini

• 6 cl Turkish Raki
• 3 cl dry vermouth
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• Twist of lemon peel for garnish

Istanbul Sunset

• 4 cl Turkish raki
• 2 cl Grenadine
• 4 cl orange juice
• 1 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

Anatolian Sour

• 6 cl Turkish whisky
• 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• 1 egg white

Bosporus Breeze

• 5 cl Turkish vodka
• 2 cl blue Curacao
• 10 cl pineapple juice
• Fresh mint for garnish

Sultan's Strength

• 4 cl Turkish tequila
• 2 cl passion fruit juice
• 1 cl fresh lime juice
• 1 cl honey syrup

Espresso Martini

• 5 cl Vodka
• 3.5 cl coffee liqueur
• 1 shot Espresso
• 3 ice cubes
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into your martini glass and garnish with a couple of coffee beans.

Passion Daiquiri Recipe: 

• 4 cl Light rum
• 2 cl Monin Passion Fruit Purée
• 1.5 cl lime juice
• 4 strawberries
• Ice cubes
  Instructions: 
  Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend vigorously until smooth. Serve in a martini or margarita glass.
  Note: There are many ways to "twist" this delicious recipe. Traditionally, light rum is used, but you can also make this recipe with golden or dark rum.

Cosmopolitan Recipe:

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2 cl Cointreau
• 5 cl Cranberry juice
• 2 cl Lime juice
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into your martini glass using your fine strainer.

Margarita Recipe:

• 3 cl Tequila
• 3 cl Cointreau
• 1 cl Lime juice
• 1 cl sugar syrup
• Ice cubes
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake well. Use your strainer to pour into your margarita glass.
  If you want to go all out with salt, make sure to rim the glass with salt before pouring the drink. This can be done with margarita salt.

Hurricane

• 6 cl light rum
• 6 cl dark rum
• 3 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
• 3 cl orange juice
• 1.5 cl passion fruit purée
• 1.5 cl sugar syrup
• 1 bar spoon grenadine
  Instructions:
  Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker and serve in a Hurricane glass.
