Recipes:

Margarita

• 5 cl Tequila
• 3 cl Triple Sec
• 2 cl fresh lime juice
• Salt for glass rim

Instructions: Moisten the glass rim with lime juice and coat it with salt. Shake tequila, triple sec, and lime juice with ice, then strain into the glass.

Mojito

• 6 cl white rum
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• Fresh mint leaves
• Soda water
  Instructions: Muddle mint leaves and sugar in a glass. Add lime juice and rum, then fill with crushed ice, top with soda water, and stir.

Cosmopolitan

• 4 cl Vodka
• 1.5 cl Triple Sec
• 1.5 cl cranberry juice
• 1.5 cl fresh lime juice
  Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

Old Fashioned

• 6 cl Bourbon
• 1 sugar cube
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Orange peel
  Instructions: Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in a glass. Add bourbon and ice, then stir well and garnish with orange peel.

Gin and Tonic

• 5 cl Gin
• Tonic water
• Ice
• Lime wedge
  Instructions: Pour gin over ice in a glass, top with tonic water, and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
