Tropical Passion Fizz – Mocktail

• 2 cl 1883 Passion Fruit Syrup
• 1 cl lime juice
• 10 cl sparkling water or tonic
• Ice cubes
• Fresh mint and passion fruit seeds for garnish

Method: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the syrup and lime juice, top with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with mint and fresh passion fruit.

Passion Fruit Mojito

• 3 cl 1883 Passion Fruit Syrup
• 4 cl white rum
• Fresh mint, lime and soda

Muddle the mint and lime, add syrup and rum, then top with soda.

Tropical Passion Fruit Martini

• 3 cl 1883 Passion Fruit Syrup
• 5 cl vodka
• 2 cl fresh lime juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Passion Fruit Daiquiri

• 3 cl 1883 Passion Fruit Syrup
• 5 cl white rum
• 2 cl lime juice

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Passion Fruit Iced Tea

• 3 cl 1883 Passion Fruit Syrup
• 20 cl cold black tea

Mix the syrup and tea and serve over ice.
